I confited a bunch of garlic cloves, roasted a chicken and cooked up some yukon potatoes for dinner...very french, very yummy! However, the next morning, I suffered a garlic overdose and without giving too many details, I feel really gross...! The feeling reminded me of the last/only time I dined at the Stinking Rose, the restaurant in North Beach devoted to garlic. I unfortunately had to fly (Jet Blue) to DC that morning and urrr, if it weren't for those TV's and the great Britney Spears special on VH1, I really would have been miserable! Hmm, we drank a yummy chard from Ukiah by Margrette Vineyards (I think).
