Kev and I are big fans of french lentils (Le Puy or Vert, I think). They are a staple in our household and, like polenta and couscous, they are a go-to side dish for us (especially when I don't want to go to the grocery store). Anyway, last night we had breadcrumb and mustard coated chicken breasts and a lentil salad. It was delcious. Babar was especially excited because I made some for him too (just the chicken which is his favorite!). We drank a decanted bottle of pinot noir from mystery wine maker but it was only ok. We drank the entire bottle anyway!
