Wow, we haven't had any fava beans this spring season until last night. Thank you for bringing some home for us last night Kev to make Fava Bean Bruschetta - Mmmmmmmmm. If favas weren't so high maintenence, I'd eat them every day!!!!!! We then had a nice butter lettuce salad with mustard viniagrette and mustard and breadcrumb baked chicken.
