Kevin pounded out some boneless, skinless organic chicken breasts that we sprinkled with the most perfect breadcrumbs I've ever made. Here were some important factors contributing to their sucess...stale baguette, garlic oil, salt/pepper/herbs de provence, used big food processor and not the little wimpy one, baked them for about 6 minutes then sprinkled them on the pounded chicken and let them fry up in the pan juices. YUM! We sprinkled some on our red leaf lettuce salad and it was delicious!!!!!!
