A girl's favorite dinner

My favorite dinner growing up was corned beef with mustard...we had it last night against Dr. orders (too much sodium nitrate, added to enhance the corned beefs reddish color, for Little Miss) -- Kev looked into corning his own (which would eliminate the nitrates) but it could take up to 3 weeks to brine and then it wouldn't be ready until Easter. Anyway, he picked one up from Drewes Brothers butcher on Church/30th for a belated St. Patty's Day celebration (I was in LA the past 4 days). Boy am I tempted to make a corned beef sandwich for lunch today with the leftovers...
