MMMMmmmm, last night we had a simple dinner of halibut seasoned with lot's of curry powder and lentils with chopped onions and a tasty vinaigrette of garlic oil, red wine vinegar, amora mustard, cumin and chili powder. We rested the halibut on a bed of lentils and it was a great combo. After, we had a few bites of morbier, a really stinky French cheese. I couldn't finish with that stink in my mouth so I finished the meal with 2 chocolate truffles. A perfectly easy week-night meal and I didn't even have to go to the grocery store.
