Healthy AND preggers
I'm so proud of myself, I ate so healthy yesterday. Grapefruit, almonds, hummus, apples and I even remembered my prenatal vitamins! And for dinner, Halibut with a Cilantro Lime Sauce that Kevin whipped up (but didn't write down the recipe so he can't post it to RR but we definitely will in the future!) and Quinoa (a spinach relative that contains 8 essential amino acids) Salad with Black Beans and Avocado. It kind of looks like a little Mexican fiesta in a bowl!
