One of my favorite things to eat on a cold winters night is a big bowl of lentil soup. I can remember eating my first bowl at El Torito's when I was little little. And then, when I was in Spain, my senora made some really good stuff. I'm a conossieur of lentil soups! Paired with a butter lettuce salad with mustard viniagrette sprinkled with coarse french sea salt (in which Kev and I both agreed is the most perfect salad), it was a delightful dinner indeed!
