Yeah...steak sandwich for lunch!

Yum, we had the quickest, easiest, yummiest dinner last night - Marinated flank steak, grilled asparagus and polenta with parmesan...delicious. I am definitely posting the recipe for this super easy flank steak marinade, although I don't have the exact proportions yet of ingredients because I usually just throw everything into the marinade (which includes olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little garlic oil, salt, pepper and about 6-8 crushed garlic cloves, then let it soak for about 3 hours or so) -- Kevin introduced me to this yumminess when we first started dating, so when I made it last night, I was having flashbacks!

Also, yesterday morning, we had our big ultrasound and learned that she's a Little MISS Krim (which I TOTALLY predicted and had already bought about a half dozen dresses for). To celebrate, we stopped at Tartine, the BEST bakery in San Francisco in Misssion/Dolores at Guerrero/19th) and devoured gougeres, bread pudding, a smoked ham crossiant (they were out of Pain au chocolat - Booo) and their amazing cappucinos. If you have the patience to wait in the enormous line (that is always there), you must take a visit to the wonderful Tartine!
