I made an experimental penne pasta concoction last night of sun-dried tomatoes (the kind from Trader Joes in oil), shallots, garlic oil, asparagus, red pepper flakes, mushrooms, brocoli and topped with goat cheese - pretty much anything I found in the fridge. It was pretty good except for the frozen broccoli that I used which was not good. When I was shuffling through the cabinets, I found a jar of French-brined black olives, so I whipped up some black olive tapenade too. Delicious. Kev, remember this delicious tapenade and other goodies (see photo below) from the La Ferme St. Michel in Nice...! I just loved that place!
