My very own roasted chicken

Kevin was working late last night so it was up to me to roast the chicken, a task that I NEVER take on! Kevin is the meat handler in the Krim family and I usually never pay attention to what he's doing. I actually just recently learned where the breast is on the thing and one time, I stuck the chicken in the oven with the neck and giblets still inside. But, since Kevin posted a very thorough roasted chicken recipe on RR, I decided that I could handle the job myself.

And amazingly, I did. Kev's recipe for French Bistro Roasted Chicken was great - the chicken turned out perfectly bronzed and nicely cooked as well! I only broke off one of the little, delicate wings in the process! I paired it with some broiled asparagus and garlic confit. Yum!
