Lasagna Confession

Last night, I made lasagna (with red sauce, mozarella, meatballs, parmesan, arugula, mushrooms, garlic & sliced onions) in our 1 foot Le Cruseaut pate terrine and and I served myself a heaping serving, then another, then another, then just one more and next thing I know...I (with the help of Kevin who had a normal serving size worth) had eatten the entire thing. I felt like I was going to have a lasagna baby -- but the scary thing is...I could've probably had one more serving!
