I recently read about this cookbook in, I think, Gourmet Magazine. They claim it's France's version of The Joy of Cooking...I immediately bought it for a birthday present for Kevin! You'll love it, Kev - it's definitely right up your alley!!!! I can't wait to read about what Madame E. Sant-Ange says about Casseoulet, my favorite wintery bean dish!!!!!
