Thin-crust pizza

Hurray for me! I made dinner last night. Just like old times! Kevin was delighted!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first homecooked dinner in about 1 1/2 months consisted of a simple yet delicious super thin-crust pizza margherita...the crust was so good and thin, I felt like I was in a pizzeria in Italia. The pizza dough was homemade (I posted the recipe because it's my favorite one for dough) and had been frozen a few months - a bit sticky but yum yum! I also whipped up a mustard viniagrette that we drizzled on our butter lettuce salad - I've been craving the smell and the taste of dijon mustard lately.

I also started making a mud pie last night. I can't wait to eat it!

A few of my other favorite things lately:
Pain au chocolat from the Noe Valley Bakery on 24th, Everything bagels with cream cheese from Holy Bagel on 24th Street, Tuna sandwich on good bread with sprouts, lettuce and tomato from Grain D'or on Clement Street, Dreyers Chocolate ice cream, String cheese, Chinese sticky rice from Gourmet Dim Sum on Clement (sticky rice freezes well), Milk and New York Apples from the Farmers Market

Things I'm already sick of:
Cocoa Puffs, Honey Bunches of Oats cereal, Corn dogs, Chex mix, Fritos, Classico marinara sauce and nitrate-free Nieman Ranch bacon
