Kev and I woke up Sunday morning at 10:30am with hangovers (sleeping through my trip to the flea market - pathetic), took Babar on a morning walk, then I think I showered, went into the kitchen and stayed there, I believe, the rest of the day and night.
The tasty mango ceviche that began marinating at noon dictated the rest of the meal...

Oh yes, and Kevin whipped up (literally) some super delicious carnitas (using a new cooking method that doesn't require a pound of lard - nice!) -- The carnitas (post recipe tonight Kev) turned out moist yet crispy, definitely better than I've ever tasted!
