Since we're a little confused about what season it is here in SF (burrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!), we made a dinner consisting of a summery appetizer, yellow cherry tomato bruschetta (pronounced "brrrew-sss-ket-uh", not "brew-shet-uh", thank you very much, he he!) and a wintery main course, Gourmet Mac 'N Cheese with Ham Bits and Broccoli (inspired by the yummy mac 'n cheese from Luna Park). I'm probably the only person in the USA making a wintery casserole-type dinner in the middle of the summer...oh well!
PS - Great job Kev picking the wine (he chose a white bourdeaux)! I know how stressful that was for you...!
