We feasted on the sweet and sour brisket recipe and seriously, if you sat me alone in a room with that brisket, I would have eaten the entire thing. It was delicious, spicy but delicious. Kevin made a shredded brussel sprout dish with candied peacans and bacon bits (which I teased him about because brussel sprouts are not in season and are really expnsive right now!) but it was quite yummy! We drank another one of the mystery wine makers bottles of pinot which had decanted since 10am. It was quite good indeed.
