Pork anyone....

...umm, because we've got like 5 pounds of leftovers. I slow-roasted an enormous pork shoulder yesterday (from morning until night) for the two of us. We've got a serious pile of leftovers, along with some corn souffle and sweet and smokey bbq beans that accompanied the pulled pork.

I recommended to Kevin that he take the leftovers to work and serve it during his meetings...! "Before we start discussing this darn LJ email-post bug, do you want some pork?"
