Flank steak and haricots verts

We grilled up a flank steak last night that had marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic cloves, chopped shallots, salt and pepper for several hours. Yum! Babar thought so too! I served it with some sauteed mushrooms and haricots verts with a shallot viniagrette and shaved pecorino. I purchased a huge bag of these french green beans, already snipped, from Costco of all places. Sooo delicious. We drank a reasonably priced 2001 bourdoux (spelling?) from K&L that had a great nose and was quite good. We finished off our meal with a stinky American camemberet. What a feast!
