Penny (minus Dave) came over for a Trader Joe's pizza dinner. She is a master pizza maker (foodie and AMAZING cook) and our pizza expertise is mostly due to her (the cornmeal on the bottom, the toppings, the trick to making the bottom crisp!). Last night, we topped our pizza with mozarella, corn, cilantro and lime - a fabulous combo that she picked up (and passed along to us) from Tomaso's in North Beach. We drank a Kim Crawford Sauvingon Blanc, then a really bad white Cote du Rhone.
