We went to Kent and Michelle's for a bbq (chicken, herbed potato salad, lot's of cookies). It seems like all weekend long we hopped around town, doing nothing but eating (and drinking). I'd start a detox diet today but we're going to a wine tasting tonight and I'm making some delightful appetizers that are probably not considered to be Atkins friendly...!
Anyway, I brought the left-over hummus to the bbq, which was absolutely tasty with tortilla chips, and a dollop of some red-pepper dip made by Michelle's friend Laura. I'll have to figure out that red-pepper recipe because Kev and I loved the 2 tastes combined and I'd love to serve them side by side for a dinner party starter.
